Comfortable but not budget-friendly

The breakfast was DELICIOUS! You got everything from rich bacon to fluffy pancakes, a real lifesaver after a tiring day. The staff were super friendly

It was a bit pricey, but you know, sometimes you gotta pay to play.

Had a great stay at Novotel Antwerpen, Ekeren! The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely bed that made for a good night's sleep. I loved the convenient free parking on site, which made my travels around Antwerp so much easier. The friendly staff greeted me warmly and even allowed an early check-in, which was a nice touch.

The light switches in the room were a bit confusing.

The hotel features a family-friendly swimming pool which the kids enjoyed.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was quite disappointing. A staff member was exceedingly rude during the process, changing our confirmed room and leaving the children's bed unmade upon our arrival, which left us waiting in the lobby late at night. the limited lift capacity caused excessive waiting times, and parts of the room felt dated, adding to our discomfort during the stay.

I stayed for 1 night in a Classic Double Room with Sofa. The room was clean and quiet, which was great for a good night’s sleep. I loved the comfy bed and the fact that it felt spacious enough.
